Switchboard and Information Desk Services

Duties;

• Managing efficient operation of the University switchboard.
• Managing the maintenance and repair of the University switchboard.
• Helping the visitors in person and on the phone, referring them to appropriate units.
• Preparing the telephone directory.
• Charging the phone calls made by administrative and academic personnel.
• Providing information desk services.
