Duties;
- Entering the records of in-coming and out-going documents and student petitions on Electronic Document Management System Program.
- Managing the expense approvals and submitting the invoices to Financial Affairs Directorate.
- Managing the paperwork of quality certificates in regard to Quality Management Standards of the Directorate.
- Managing the updates and new data entries on the web page of the Directorate.
